Project Coordinator, Project Delivery - Social

What You Will Do

  • Provide support through all phases of a project’s development and implementation including: Pre-transaction, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP), construction, commissioning and to the final transfer of responsibility to operations.
  • Support the planning, design, and construction of large and complex social infrastructure projects delivered through Public-Private Partnerships (P3s).
  • Help manage relationships with various groups of internal and external stakeholders to mitigate project risks and ensure that project objectives are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant discipline to the construction industry combined with a minimum of 2 years of progressive hands-on experience managing major complex social infrastructure projects. 
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of dealing with project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with an understanding of P3 programs and building construction and systems, with solid understanding of the various specific P3 delivery models (e.g. Build-Finance, Design-Build-Finance, Design-Build-Finance-Maintain, etc.).


To succeed in this role, you must have sound stakeholder management skills, the ability to adapt quickly and respond to a changing environment, and experience finding positive solutions to issues with clients and diverse teams of project consultants and specialists. Presentation, consultation, negotiation, influencing and consensus building skills are also desired. Experience negotiating claims, scope changes and other compliance and contractual items on projects is desirable.
