Reporting Analyst


IO’s Finance, Technology, and Lending Enterprise Team ensures that IO is a financially efficient and effectively managed organization and that the agency’s finances are monitored, reported, and managed appropriately. The team also manages the infrastructure lending program, which has supported more than $15 billion in local infrastructure development, and IO’s Information Technology and Business Services, providing tools and systems to ensure secure, effective, and efficient operations.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and assist in the assembly of enterprise-wide compliance and operational reporting, and the delivery of reporting requirements, throughout IO, in relation to synthesis and integration of information, analysis, and processes across multiple business units.
  • Support in implementing new and innovative methods in which reports can be distributed and communicated to various internal stakeholders-company wide -and to external stakeholders.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, experience with reporting processes and methodologies, along with experience working in construction project management or projects program reporting.
  • Experience using Project Systems
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and provide quality assurance reviews of produced reports.
  • Ability to research, synthesize, and analyze data and other information, paying close attention to the detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to communicate derived insights and reporting with the budget and project delivery teams in a clear concise manner.
  • Passionate about building relationships, delivery of a quality product to the customer, and naturally curious about learning new skills and techniques.
