Project Manager


Our Procurement and Program Management division provides professional support and commercial advice to all parts of the organization through the services it provides, including procurement, data analytics, budgeting, and performance management. The Procurement office is a global leader among public sector entities in the procurement of large capital infrastructure projects. The Program Management office ensures consistency and synergy among the capital project cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting, quality, process control, continuous improvement, compliance and governance, reporting and analytics functions across the enterprise.

What You Will Do  

  • The Project Manager will play a key role in leading the project management and execution of digital transformation initiative
  • All continuous improvement, process optimization and quality management initiatives
  • Focus on the capital projects, in relation to collaborative synthesis and integration of information, analysis, and processes
  • Be a departmental influencer and contributor to development of staff peers within the Procurement and Program Management division

Who We're Looking For

  • Working with a minimum of 8 years of experience leading initiatives in a project/program management capacity
  • Planning and execution of enterprise system reforms, continuous improvement, process optimization and quality management initiatives of Project Management Information Systems, including change management and developing program-level standards, tools and other resource
  • Performing quality compliance of business operations including planning, executing, keeping of records, and communicating methodologies and results
  • Development of systems and tools to collect, manage, and facilitate sharing of business information enterprise-wide
  • Managing databases including quality control of data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy, consolidation of information, status tracking and prioritization, and communication to relevant stakeholders
