Senior/ Project Coordinator, Justice Portfolio


Our Major Projects division is responsible for delivering some of the province’s largest and most important public infrastructure projects. Our made-in-Ontario approach to modern project delivery has resulted in over 100 major projects brought to market and made Ontario a global leader in infrastructure development. Projects have included new hospitals, highways, transit systems, and courthouses. We have a track record of delivering new projects on time and on budget while meeting high standards for design, quality, and health and safety.

What You Will Do
● Responsible for specific aspects and/or deliverables of P3 projects.
● Assist the Project Manager, and Director in managing relationships with various groups of internal and external stakeholders to mitigate project risks and ensure project objectives are met.

Who We're Looking For
● Experience with Judicial buildings, and P3 complex Design-Build-Finance-Maintain construction models is preferred but not essential.
● Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant discipline combined with a minimum of 3 years of progressive hands-on experience managing major complex projects in an owner representative or a high-level construction supervisory roles.
● Experience dealing with project budget, schedule, and technical requirements as well as financial and legal matters, contract management, and commercial considerations pertaining to project planning and implementation are required.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience finding positive solutions to complex issues with clients and diverse teams of project consultants and specialists. Experience with presentation, consultation, negotiation, influencing and consensus building skills are also required.
