Director, Program Management


Our Procurement and Program Management division provides professional support and commercial advice to all parts of the organization through the services it provides, including procurement, data analytics, budgeting, and performance management. The Procurement office is a global leader among public sector entities in the procurement of large capital infrastructure projects. The Program Management office ensures consistency and synergy among the capital project cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting, quality, process control, continuous improvement, compliance and governance, reporting and analytics functions across the enterprise.

The Director will manage a team of professionals responsible for continuous improvement, process optimization and the quality management program at Infrastructure Ontario. This person will act as the primary expert within Infrastructure Ontario on these areas.

You must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience working in a management role leading quality management, process optimization and/or continuous improvement initiatives either in the public or private sector. Strong experience leading organizational change management and development of program-level standards, tools and other resources is required or experience within a business operations, process/quality management environment. Experience and/or a strong understanding of construction and real estate asset management industries is an asset.

You will be able to prioritize and organize, while also being able to deal with urgent high-profile items that arise.
