Data Governance Analyst


 

Our Procurement and Program Management division provides professional support and commercial advice to all parts of the organization through the services it provides, including procurement, data analytics, budgeting, and performance management. The Procurement office is a global leader among public sector entities in the procurement of large capital infrastructure projects. The Program Management office ensures consistency and synergy among the capital project cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting, quality, process control, continuous improvement, compliance and governance, reporting and analytics functions across the enterprise.

(Internally this position will be called Data Governance Advisor)

As the Data Governance Analyst, you are responsible for Developing and maintaining the enterprise-wide data governance framework, models and controls to ensure we effectively capture, manage, and use data effectively allowing for more accurate and timely decision making.

This role will appeal to you if you understand data lifecycles, with a focus on data management and governance and you want to be part of building out and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks and controls, including influencing the adoption rates.

You will have Five or more years of data quality or similar level data analysis experience, with experience defining  business metadata,  developing data quality scorecards , and performing data issue management activities. You will have the ability to work with data and process, but also with a diverse cross-section of individuals across business, functional and organization boundaries in a multi-faceted/diverse environment

We are looking for you to be able to create a wide variety of high quality deliverables such as Data and Analytics Governance policy documents, presentations, project delivery materials, business analysis documents, requirements elicitation documents, process work flows, architecture and systems modeling artifacts.
