Real Estate Analyst

Our Real Estate division manages the province’s portfolio of government buildings and land, which is one of the largest and most diverse in the country. We oversee the day-to-day operation and long-term maintenance of these facilities through partnerships with private-sector service providers. We are responsible for ensuring provincially-owned real estate is being used in the best, most optimal way. Finding innovative ways to reduce and revitalize the government’s building and land holdings is central to our business and integral to the value we provide Ontarians.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Infrastructure Ontario as a Real Estate Analyst, where you will provide research and analytical support across a range of strategic initiatives, including portfolio analysis, occupancy planning, and workplace change and project management.

To be successful in this role, you must have solid financial analysis such as present value, cost benefit, cash flow and payback methodologies, along with good knowledge of real estate management fundamentals. You will have experience with asset, portfolio and/or commercial real estate management, with a good understanding and demonstrable experience with financial modelling.

You will possess excellent analytical skills to research, synthesize, and analyze complex data and other information for senior level decision makers, solid communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, cogent and legible manner.

Infrastructure Ontario is an inclusive employer, we encourage applications from all qualified candidates. We will accommodate your needs under the Ontario Human Rights Code. We thank all applicants in advance for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

By submitting your application you are granting Infrastructure Ontario permission to process your personal data during the recruitment process and for keeping records of the process.
