The request for proposals stage has closed for teams to submit their bids to design, build, finance and maintain the West Park Healthcare Centre development project in Toronto.
Following a fair, open and transparent request for qualifications process, three teams - EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare, Plenary PCL Partnership and West Park Healthcare Partnership (Walsh Canada) - were shortlisted and invited to respond to a request for proposals in July 2017. All three teams have submitted their proposals by the February 27 deadline.
Over the next several months, submissions will be evaluated and a preferred proponent is expected to be announced in summer 2018. A fairness monitor is overseeing the entire procurement process.
