EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare has been selected as the preferred proponent to build and finance the Orléans Health Hub Project. The company was selected after extensive evaluations following an open, fair and competitive request for proposals (RFP) process that began in October 2018.
IO and Hôpital Montfort will now work to finalize contract details with EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare. The project is expected to reach financial close in summer 2019, which means that relevant contracts have been signed and a financing rate has been set. The contract cost will be announced publicly following financial close.
