    The health and well-being of our staff is our number one priority. During this current reality of COVID-19, our mandate to work with public and private sector partners to modernize the province’s public assets continues.

    As an employer we are taking the necessary steps to keep our employees and candidates safe and have adapted our recruitment process to fit with the time. 

    Here is how we have adapted. 

    Virtual interviews

    We are conducting virtual interviews utilizing tools that enable us to connect online so we can learn more about you, your experiences and your aspirations.

    Remote onboarding

    Our onboarding process is now a virtual experience with multiple touch points along the way to connect you to your work, manager, teammates and those across the organization. 

    Flexibility

    We are all working remotely at this time and have provided our staff with additional support and flexibility to be able to do their best work, including schedules that allow staff to balance work and home priorities.  

    Increased use of technology

    Technology is more vital than ever to increase collaboration and maintain connections. We have different tools and platforms to help you share your ideas and continue to connect with teammates.
